An early 20th century silver and gold, sapphire and diamond brooch. The circular-shape sapphire and old-cut diamond flower, with similarly-set cross sides and old-cut diamond scrolling accents. Total sapphire weight 0.90ct. Estimated total diamond weight 1.20cts. Length 5cms. Total weight 6.1gms.
