A sapphire and diamond ring. The cushion-shape sapphire, weighing 7.27cts, with brilliant-cut diamond surround. With report 78174-22, dated 16th August 2018, from GCS, stating no heat. Estimated total diamond weight 0.75ct. Ring size L. Weight 5gms.
