An 18ct gold diamond and emerald ring. The baguette and brilliant-cut diamond rectangular-shape cluster, with calibre-cut emerald and brilliant-cut diamond double surround, and similarly-cut diamond line shoulders. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60ct. Italian marks. Ring size N. Weight 4.3gms.
