Condition Report

KUTCHINSKY - a pair of 1960s diamond and gem-set earrings. Each designed as a pave-set turquoise bombe, with brilliant-cut diamond and circular lapis lazuli cabochon clusters inset. Signed Kutchinsky. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Weight 18.6gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition good. Surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamonds well matched and bright.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
  • Diamonds have few, minor scattered inclusions.
  • Turquoises are a fairly well matched slightly mottled light medium to medium deep blue hues. Few turquoise noticeably greenish blue to deep green.
  • Turquoises in good condition.
  • Lapis lazulis are a well matched, deep, slightly mottled violetish blue hue, with few flecks of pyrite.
  • Lapis lazulis in good condition with minor abrasion.

  • With hinged fittings for non pierced ears.

  • Diameter 20.2mms.
