An aquamarine and diamond cluster ring.

Description

Condition Report

An aquamarine and diamond cluster ring. The rectangular-shape aquamarine, with brilliant-cut diamond surround, to the openwork shoulders and grooved band. Aquamarine weight 2.80cts. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Ring size N1/2. Weight 4.3gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamonds well matched.
  • Diamonds bright.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Diamonds generally with few minor inclusions under 10x magnification. Two diamonds appear to have small chips to the girdle.
  • Aquamarine is a fairly light greenish blue hue, with good clarity and typical inclusions.

  • Aquamarine in good condition with minor abrasions.

  • Length of ring head 1.6cms.
