Condition Report

An opal, diamond and enamel pendant. The circular polychrome panel, depicting a lady with a wicker basket stroking a black cat, with circular opal cabochon and old-cut diamond surround. Length 4.3cms. Weight 11.7gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition good. Some scratches in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
  • Diamonds have small scattered inclusions and feathers.

  • Opals are translucent and slightly transparent, with good play of colour, ranging from green to orange hue.
  • Opals in good condition with some abrasion.

  • Diameter of pendant head 3.7cms.
