Condition Report
A gold Sri Lankan sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The cushion-shape sapphire, weighing 7.81cts, with circular-cut diamond surround and openwork gallery. With report 78144-10, dated 22nd February 2018, from GCS, stating Sri Lanka (Ceylon), no heat. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60ct. French assay marks. Ring size L. Weight 7.5gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
- With French assay marks for 9ct gold. Stamped 585 to inside of band. Metal electronically tests as approximately 14ct gold.
- Band shows evidence of resizing.
- Diamonds well matched.
- Diamonds bright.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Diamonds with few, small light and and dark inclusions under 10x magnification.

- Sapphire with a plane of small light inclusions visible to the centre, appears to be surface reaching.
- Sapphire in good condition.
- Stamped 585.
- Length of ring head 1.6cms.
