Condition Report

A pair of 18ct gold emerald and diamond earrings. Each designed as an oval-shape emerald, with brilliant and tapered baguette-cut diamond surround. Estimated dimensions of one emerald 7.9 by 5.6mms. Estimated total diamond weight 2.50 to 3cts. French assay marks. Length 1.8cms. Weight 8.8gms. With fitted Tessier case.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamonds well matched.
  • Diamonds bright.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Diamonds generally with very few minor inclusions under 10x magnification. Some with small light inclusions.
  • Emeralds are a well matched medium slightly blueish green hue, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions, some surface reaching associated cavities.

  • Emeralds in good condition with minor abrasions.

  • With fixed post fittings and hinged fastenings for pierced ears.
