Condition Report
An early 20th century gold emerald, split pearl and diamond brooch. Designed as a peacock, the emerald and diamond cluster body, with ruby eye, to the emerald, diamond and split pearl fanned tail and wings. Length 4.9cms. Weight 38.3gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
- Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight estimation.
- Diamonds fairly bright.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
- Stones in good to fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
- Some emeralds if fair to poor condition, with visible abrasion and chips.
- Some of the smaller diamonds have small chips.
