Condition Report

A cultured pearl necklace with an early 20th century diamond clasp. Comprising a series of eighty-four graduated cultured pearls, measuring from 4 to 7.5mms, to the early 20th century baguette and single-cut diamond stylised buckle clasp. Estimated total diamond weight 0.70ct. Length 55cms. Length of clasp 1.6cms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. The cultured pearls have a cream to white body colour with peach over tones. Minor blisters and blemishes present. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Rethreading recommended. Weight 23gms.
