Condition Report

An early George III Newcastle silver sauce boat, of typical bellied form with shaped rim, foliate capped flying scroll handle and raised on three stylised hoof feet, monogrammed to one side and further scratch initials F over T S to the underside. Hallmarked James Crawford, Newcastle 1769. Length 5 1/2 inches (14 cm), weight 3.4 ozt (106 grams).
