An 18ct gold diamond dress ring. The old-cut diamond, with single-cut diamond quatrefoil surround and openwork gallery. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.50ct, J-K colour, P1 clarity. Hallmarks for London, 1977. Ring size T1/2. Weight 5.5gms.
