Condition Report
An Edwardian and later matched four piece silver tea service, comprising teapot, hot water pot, a twin-handled sugar bowl and a cream jug, each of oval bellied form with lobed decoration to lower body, the tea and hot water pots having foliate capped handles with ivory insulators and further ivory finials to hinged lids. Hallmarked Keight & Newman, Birmingham 1906, sugar hallmarked George Nathan & Ridley Hayes, Chester 1915. Maximum teapot length 11 1/4 inches (28.5 cm), gross weight 46.54 ozt (1447.5 grams).

Purchasing information-
All pieces displaying some general tarnishing and surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with age and use. A few surface dints and bumps, especially to hot water pot, and some heavier contact wear around base rims. Some damage and likely repairs around join of teapot spout. Further visible seam lines. Both hinged lids appear in good working order and close flush. Some cracks to ivory, part of ivory finial to teapot missing. Rubbing to some hallmarks but all still legible.
