ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Datejust bracelet watch. Circa 1990. Stainless steel case with diamond set bezel and lugs. Reference 16220, serial E901720. Signed automatic calibre 3135 with quick date set. Salmon dial with diamond set hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to a signed stainless steel Oyster bracelet with Oysterclasp. 36mm. Purchasing information- Movement is currently functioning.
- Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
- Dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. Diamonds on the dial are afterset.
- Hands show marks and tarnishing when viewed under a x4 loupe.
- Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe. On the rim of the glass between eight and seven, there is pitting and dints.
- Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Diamonds on the lugs and bezel are afterset.
- Crown screws down and has light scratches and marking.
- Bracelet has medium scratches and signs of stretching to links.
- Clasp is currently functioning and shows visible scratches and marks.
- Bracelet measures approximately 19cm including case.
This lot does not come with box or papers.
Although a sample of the stones in this piece have tested as diamonds, we are unable to guarantee that every single one is a diamond due to the nature of the piece.
