ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Day-Date bracelet watch. Circa 1978. 18ct yellow gold case with diamond set bezel. Reference 18038, serial 5486411. Signed automatic calibre 3055 with quick date set. Champagne dial with diamond set hour markers, day aperture to twelve, date aperture to three. Fitted to a signed 18ct yellow gold President bracelet with Crownclasp. 36mm. Please see the condition report for details of third party intervention.

Purchasing information- Movement is currently functioning.
- Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
- Dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. Small floating hair between dial and glass. The diamond hour markers are a third party addition, they have not been set by Rolex.
- Hands show marks and tarnishing when viewed under a x4 loupe.
- Glass has scratches and marks.
- Case shows scratches, marks and dints. The bezel and diamonds are third party additions, they have not been set by Rolex.
- Crown screws down and has light scratches and marking.
- Bracelet has light scratches and some signs of light stretching to links.
- Clasp is currently functioning and shows visible scratches and marks.
- Bracelet measures approximately 16.5cm including case.
This lot comes with an incomplete box with moderate wear but no papers.
