Condition Report

ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Datejust bracelet watch. Circa 2001. 18ct yellow gold diamond set case with diamond set bezel. Reference 16238, serial K482738. Signed automatic calibre 3135 with quick date set. Black dial with diamond dot hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to an unsigned yellow metal bracelet with signed Crownclasp, stamped 750. 35mm. Please see the condition report for details of third party intervention.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches. Lettering shows signs of wear. Date aperture appears slightly misaligned. Third party dial. The dial is a third party dial and has not been set by Rolex.
  • Hands show marks and tarnishing when viewed under a x4 loupe.
  • Glass has scratches and marks. Cluster of dints visible to the edge between the twelve and one o'clock position.
  • Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Third party bezel. Third party diamonds. The bezel and diamonds have been supplied and fitted by a third party, they are not Rolex.
  • Crown screws down and has light scratches and marking.
  • Bracelet has scratches and obvious signs of stretching to links. Varying degrees of wear to the metal with some areas showing holes. Please be aware this bracelet appears to have been made to resemble that of a Rolex President bracelet.
  • Clasp is currently functioning and shows visible scratches, marks and wear to the metal.
  • Bracelet measures approximately 17.5cm including case.
