Lot Description
Edwardian silver matched three piece condiment set comprising a mustard pot and open salt (liners deficient) and a pepper pot (with liner), each piece decorated in Art Nouveau style with flowerhead and tendril motifs and also with pierced panels. Hallmarked Deakin & Francis Ltd., Birmingham 1901 and 1905 (pepper and mustard pot) and Henry Charles Freeman, London 1904 (open salt). (3).

Condition Report
Each piece displays general wear and surface marks and scratches and also some tarnishing. There are also some dints in the metal, especially to the foot rim of the open salt. Glass liners are deficient to the mustard pot and open salt. The pepper pot does have a liner, however the lid is jammed in place and cannot be opened. There is also considerable deterioration and tarnishing to the pepper pot lid around each hole and around the rim and also some green spots of tarnishing. Hinged lid to mustard pot is in good working order. Slight loss of detail to decoration in places. Hallmarks are legible.
