A late 19th century edelweiss mourning locket, the oval-shape painted ceramic panel, with glazed locket reverse, suspended from a black enamel surmount. Length 5.7cms.

Condition Report

The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The locket fitting may be replacement or deficient a section, with glue visible to the surround. The enamel has small nicks. The paint has surface scratches to the edge. Weight 15.5gms.
