Lot Description

An Edwardian silver pierced silver basket, of rectangular outline, the oval base, to the raised pierced foliate panel sides, with crimped rim, on four ball feet. Hallmarked R F Mosley & Co, Sheffield 1908. Length 11 3/8 inches (28.9 cm). Weight 10.35 ozt (322 grams).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Significant tarnish and black spotting. Hallmarks appear legible, the makers mark is partially worn. Registered number Rd453976 to base.
