A 1920's pair of silver mounted jewellery or trinket boxes, each of plain oval form with hinged cover opening to reveal silver-gilt and material lined interiors, both raised upon four feet, hallmarked Clark & Sewell (James Clark & John Sewell), Birmingham 1929, diameter measures 2 1/2 inches (6.5cm). Together with two further silver mounted examples, one of heart shaped form, both raised upon three feet, hallmarked Birmingham 1905 and Chester 1913.
