Lot Description
A 1920's silver large twin-handled tray, the plain oblong form having a raised and shaped rim with concave corners and similarly shaped handles. Hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd., London 1927. Maximum length inclusive of handles measuring 28 1/2 inches (72.5 cm), approximate weight 132.49 ozt (4121 grams).

Condition Report
The tray is quite heavily tarnished to some areas and would benefit from a clean and polish. General expected surface wear, marks and scratches through usage. Numerous deeper surface scratches, nicks and contact marks are visible to the centre and also to the underside. A few minor dints and edge nicks. The underside also with some scratched weights. Base is slightly warped so that it does not sit completely flat to the surface. Hallmarks clear and legible, also with impressed maker's name and address.
