Lot Description
A late Victorian silver snuff box of scroll edge rectangular form, engraved leaf patterns throughout within scroll borders, and vacant cartouche to the hinged lid opening to a gilded interior. Hallmarked George Unite & Sons, Birmingham 1893. Length measuring 5.8 cm, weight 42 grams.

Condition Report
Displaying some expected tarnishing and surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with age. Slight loss of detail to areas of decoration but still appearing crisp and bright overall. Small holes and evidence of repairs around base edge. Hinged lid in good working order but rises slightly when in closed position. Some heavier scratched marks to gilt interior. Hallmarks a little rubbed but still clearly legible.
