Displaying general surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with the age and use.

Also appears tarnished throughout and would benefit from a clean and polish.

A few minor surface dints and bumps, including some more notable to the underside. There also appears to be a small hole in the metal, in the neck below the rim.

Teapot lid is closed flush but appears to be firmly stuck in place and cannot be opened.

Some fixing pins missing around the insulators of the handle so there is some sideways movement. Ivory insulators with some chips and cracks.

Residues of gilding, especially to the lid. Possible gilding to the whole at some stage?

Marks are located to underside and are clearly legible.
