Lot Description

A cased set of six silver coffee spoons with harlequin diamond enamel terminals, hallmarked J B Chatterley & Sons Ltd, Birmingham probably 1939. Together with a cased matched set of six mid-twentieth century Swedish silver teaspoons, with National Mark, Silver standard mark, dates from 1948 to 1953, with further marks, plus three late George III teaspoons, all hallmarked 1818, assumed London, two with maker's marks for William Eley & William Fearn, one maker's mark worn possibly John & Henry Lias, two silver mustard spoons, hallmarked William Eaton, London 1824 and Robert Williams & Sons, Exeter 1849, and a Victorian mother-of-pearl fruit knife with silver blade, hallmarked Aaron Hadfield, Sheffield 1846. Gross weighable silver 9.51 ozt (295.8 grams).
