An silver mounted desk calendar, of rectangular form with easel style support verso, hallmarked Grey & Co, Chester 1913, length 5" (13cm). Together with a nephrite jade box of rectangular footed form, with a removable foliate embossed silver cover hallmarked Thomas Hayes, Birmingham 1900, length 5" (13cm), plus a horn hunting cup with silver mounted suspension ring and rim, hallmarked Birmingham 1933, maker's mark worn and indistinct. Condition Report
Desk calendar with scratches, indentations, knocks and tarnishing to the silver mount. With general wear and discolouration.
Nephrite jade box with surface scratches and a few small losses. Silver cover with scratches and wear, and a number of splits and cracks, with crude repairs visible to underside, and edges with knocks and splits. Cover not believed to be original to the box.
Nephrite jade believed to be of low quality. Prospective buyers must satisfy themselves as to the condition and quality of this lot prior to bidding, and viewing is recommended.
Horn cup with scratches, splits and wear. Silver mounts scratched, with indentations, knocks, splits and lifting. Maker's mark badly worn and not legible.
