A George III silver basting spoon in Old English pattern, of plain form. Hallmarked Thomas Wallis II, London 1795. Length 11.75" (30cm), weight 3.2 ozt (99.7 grams).

Condition Report
- Item is in fair condition in consideration of age and use, with general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing.
- Terminal and underside of bowl show some darker tarnishing, and would benefit from a clean and polish.
- The interior bowl shows some deeper scratches.
- Maker's mark is slightly obscured but still legible, hallmarks are clear.
