What are the charges?

Fellows recommend that all bidders and buyers read our conditions of buying and buyer’s premium available here or at the back of our catalogues.

The buyer shall pay:

The buyer’s premium is 25% (plus VAT) or 30% (VAT included) on the first £100,000 of any individual lot. For any individual lot in excess of £100,000 the buyer’s premium is 25% (plus VAT) or 30% (VAT included) on the first £100,000, for all amounts after £100,001 the buyer’s premium is 15% (plus VAT) or 18% (VAT included).

Buyers will pay a commission charge of an additional 3% (+ VAT) of the hammer price if lots are successfully purchased online via Live Auctioneers and the-saleroom.com.

Normal Buyer's Premium applies. The seller authorises Fellows to retain beneficially the premium payable by buyers.
