Condition Report

An early twentieth century silver mounted green-glass biscuit barrel of cylindrical form with detachable cover, spherical finial and swing handle. Hallmarked Finnigans Ltd (Manchester), Birmingham 1919, numbered 18228. Height measuring 5 inches (12.5 cm).

Purchasing information
    The biscuit barrel displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. A number of dents to the rim alongside numerous smaller dints. Glass with abrasion scratches to the underside but otherwise in good condition. Hallmarks a little rubbed but clearly legible.
