A black opal brooch. The oval opal cabochon collet, with tapered bar sides. Estimated dimensions of opal 11.2 by 9.2 by 3.4mms. Length 5.1cms. Weight 2.9gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Opal with dark background and good play-of-colour.
- Opal displays mainly green and blue play-of-colour, one small area of extinction to play-of-colour just to one side of the opal.
- Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
