An early 20th century 15ct gold gem-set brooch. The curved rectangular-shape amethyst, within a demantoid garnet and split pearl terminal scrolling surround. Length 2.8cms. Weight 4.3gms. This item displays the colours commonly associated with the Suffragette movement.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Some slight discolouration, noticeably to the scroll at the pin hinge.
- Some possible replacement gems.
- Amethyst is a medium pink/purple hue. Moderate window effect.
- Demantoid garnets are a fairly well matched vibrant yellowy green hue.
- Split pearls vary slightly.
- Stamped 15ct.
