A mid 20th century 14ct gold citrine and diamond floral brooch. Of bi-colour design, comprising a graduated series of diamond buds and flowers, with citrine and polished petals, cascading from a bar. Signed and numbered BBB, 71667, for Bailey, Banks & Biddle. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Length 3.6cms. Weight 16gms.

  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamonds well matched.
  • Diamonds bright.

  • One diamond with a chip to the girdle.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Citrine fairly dark brownish-orange, well saturated, with good to fair clarity and small typical inclusions.

  • Citrine in mostly good condition with minor abrasions, some show some slightly heavier abrasion.

  • Stamped 14k.
