A 19th century silver and gold amethyst and old-cut diamond ring.

Amethyst calculated weight 3.13cts, based on estimated dimensions of 11 by 8.5 by 6mms.
Estimated total diamond weight 1.50cts, G-L colour, VS2-P1 clarity.
Foreign marks to outside of band.
Ring size P. 6.9gms.

Purchasing information

  • Scratches and small dents. Varied discolouration.
  • Small repair to one side of the gallery.

  • Diamonds appear fairly bright and mostly well matched.
  • Four diamonds with small chips/nicks.
  • Amethyst is a bright, medium, pinky purple hue. Slight abrasions.
  • Amethyst mount with wear and small dents.
  • Width 1.8cms.
  • Marks are struck across the bifurcated band, somewhat indistinct.
