An Art Deco turquoise, rock crystal and black enamel silver necklace, by René Boivin.

Maker's mark.
French assay mark.
Length 46.5cms. 123.7gms.

Purchasing information


  • Very minor wear to the black enamel.
  • Clasp tongue elecronically tests as approximately 18ct gold.
  • Maker's mark and French assay mark are worn, slightly indistinct.
  • Rock crystal have very minimal abrasions.
  • Turquoise show slightly greenish blue through deep green hues. Varied light to medium brown matrix.
  • Varied abrasions. Many with minor nibbles at the drill holes, few with small, shallow chips similarly.
  • Estimated diameter of turquoise 16.3 to 6.2mms.
  • Turquoise may benefit from re-stringing, some stretching of the thread.
