Purchasing information
The teapot does show considerable wear with numerous repairs and scratches, marks and tarnishing, there are dents and bumps over the piece. Some of the detail and sharpness of the piece has been lost. A shield shaped piece has probably been added to one side. In a few places the silver has worn through to small holes. The lid does not quite fill the space, with a little space around the edge. Three of the bun feet have worn completely through. The hallmarks are positioned to the base, are a little rubbed but clearly legible.
