Condition Report

An Art Deco inkwell of cylindrical stepped design with engine turned detail and clear glass liner, height measures 2 1/4 inches (6cm). Hallmarked Mappin and Webb Birmingham, date letter indistinct.

Purchasing information
    Overall surface in good condition, with general wear and tear. Some areas of tarnishing, particularly around the rim of the base. Shape of base is no longer a perfect circle. Personal engraving on the the base "King's 1989 - 1944". Hallmarks on outside surface are faded but legible, except for the date letter. Hallmarks on inside of lid are clear.
