Purchasing information
The silver has general wear in keeping with the age and use with general scratches, marks and tarnishing, the engraving has rubbed a little. To one of the floral pierced motifs - two pieces, (leaves/petals) have broken off and another is split. Viewing the stand from the underside the join between the wood and silver to one side is relatively neat and to the other it has become untidy, the two parts have moved away from each other, also causing some distortion and very small splits to the silver. The screws to the legs, most have been replaced and one missing, each bears the makers' mark and passant mark, the whole also wobbles a little on its feet. The main hallmarks are a little rubbed but clearly legible.
