Edwardian silver dressing table tray of rectangular form embossed in high relief with chrysanthemums, flowers and scrolls, hallmarked Birmingham 1908.Together with a 1920's silver mounted cigarette box of plain form hallmarked Birmingham 1922, a silver mounted 1920's glass vanity bottle and two silver mounted hand mirrors. Purchasing information-
All items display general scratches, marks, wear and heavy tarnishing. The dressing table tray displays numerous holes where the embossing has worn through. The cigarette box displays a few minor dints, the hinge also appears a little twisted as the lid rises to one side and does not fully close, the hallmarks appear rubbed. The first hand mirror, hallmarked Chester (remaining marks rubbed), has a crack to the edge of the mirror, a few minor dints and the engraved decoration has rubbed to the handle, the cartouche has a personal engraving. The second hand mirror hallmarked Sheffield 1900 displays some obvious wear with numerous dints and bumps, the filling to the mirror is also loose, the cartouche is vacant. Numerous minor chips to the glass vanity bottle.
