Condition Report

Late Victorian silver heart shape trinket dish with a shaped everted rim, the central vacant cartouche surrounded by embossed decoration depicting putti and various creatures amidst scrolling foliage. Hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd., London 1899. Width at widest part measures 4 1/8 inches (10.5 cm), weight 1.6 ozt (50 grams).

Purchasing information
    The dish is quite tarnished and displays general wear and surface marks and scratches and some minor nicks. Small dint to the rim, at the point of the heart. Hallmarks are difficult to find in the decoration but are legible.
