A late 19th century 9ct gold citrine swivel fob and a brooch.

Condition Report

Two late 19th century items, to include a 9ct gold citrine swivel fob suspended from a black fabric moire strap and a painted porcelain brooch, depicting a bird within a filigree and rope-twist surround. Fob with hallmarks for Chester ,1900.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition fair. There are a couple of chips to the citrine and scratches and wear to he 9ct gold frame, there is greening and discolouration to many joins, the hallmark is worn yet legible. There is significant wear to the moire strap and discolouration to the fittings. The painted detail to the porcelain appears worn and faded with dirt to the outer rim. The back fitting has been re attached/replaced at a later with visible lead solder to the catch and additional panel to the hinge. There are some dents to the rope-twist. Length of brooch 3.2cms.
