A selection of four mid to late 19th century paste and gem-set brooches, to include a ruby heart and arrow and paste key brooch, together with a vari-colour paste floral garland and bow brooch. (4) Lengths 4 to 2.2cms. Weight 17.3gms.

Purchasing information-
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Most with replacement fittings. Possible conversions from larger/other pieces of jewellery. Wreath brooch one paste deficient. Heart and key brooch with two paste deficient, some glue visible. One brooch with significant green and brown discolouration to paste backings. Moderate-significant abrasion to all gems. Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue for Coloured Gemstones. The rubies are a well matched purplish red hue. Only red gems to arrow confirmed as rubies.
