A late 19th century silver and gold diamond crescent brooch. The graduated old-cut diamond line, to the openwork half-gallery. Estimated total diamond weight 2.75cts, principal diamonds estimated H-I colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Length 7.8cms. Weight 9.9gms.

Purchasing information-
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. General tarnish/discolouration. Clasp replacement. Construction lines visible in the silver part of the crescent mount. The diamonds appear bright and well matched. Most individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Scattered varying inclusions including some surface reaching feathers.
