Condition Report

ROLEX - an 18k gold automatic gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Day-Date wrist watch circa 1991, the champagne dial with hourly applied gilt batons, day and date apertures positioned to twelve and three o'clock, fluted bezel, tonneau shaped case, reference number 18038, serial number N020529, fitted to a non-Rolex brown leather strap with pin buckle, signed calibre 3055. Case width 36mm. With box.

    Rolex wrist watch, movement is currently functioning, watch would benefit from a clean and service, dial and hands appear to be in general good condition with only light signs of wear visible under close inspection, glass is lightly scratched from previous use, case has medium scratches from use, case back is scratched from use, bezel is scratched from use, watch is fitted to a leather strap which is in almost new condition with only light signs of wear visible, pin buckle is lightly marked. This lot does not come with a Rolex box however the box is not the correct one for the model. Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this lot be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any watches sold. Importation of Watches into the US Bidders should be aware that the import of Rolex watches to the US is restricted. Watches (not limited to Rolex) may not be shipped to the USA and import must be undertaken personally. Generally only one watch may be imported in this manner at any one time.
