A mid 19th century silver and gold diamond and quartz pendant, the foil-back oval-shape quartz within a rose-cut diamond scrolling openwork surround to the foil-back pear-shape and diamond accent drop. Length 3.4cms.Total weight 9.4gms.

Purchasing information-
Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear and age. Mostly silver with gold settings to the quartz. Evidence of repair and alteration. Chain is a later addition. Length of chain 34cms. Foil backing is coming off both stones. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue or on our website for coloured gemstones. The diamonds are fairly bright, and vary in colour. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers can be seen under magnification. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
