A gentleman's trench style wrist watch.

Condition Report

A gentleman's trench style wrist watch. Import hallmarked London 1920. Numbered 151403. Unsigned manual wind movement. White dial with Roman numeral hour markers. 9ct gold case fitted to an unsigned black leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 32mm.

Purchasing information
  • Manual wind movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement shows tarnishing. Movement also shows marks and scracthes when viewed under an eye glass.
  • Dial shows cracks between the seven and eight o'clock numerals. Dial also has a chip outside the minute track at nine o'clock. Dial has marks and scracthes.
  • Hands have marks and tarnishing.
  • Glass has scratches and marks.
  • Bezel shows dents to the right hand side as well as marks and scratches.
  • Right hand side of the case has a noticeable crack above the crown. Left hand side of the case shows evidience of a previous repair. Case also has visible dents, marks and scracthes.
  • Hinges show wear to the corners.
  • Lugs show signs of previous repair which is partically proment to the bottom left lug.
  • Crown has noticeable wear to the plating.
  • Case back shows a noticeable dent, scracthes and marks.
  • Strap has light creasing and marks. Back of the strap shows loss and cracks to the leather.
  • Buckle appears to be in good condition with minor marks.

    This lot does not come with box or papers.
