Condition Report
An early 19th century silver and gold green-gem and diamond cluster ring. The replacement oval green-gem cabochon, within an old-cut diamond surround, with old-cut diamond foliate shoulders and replacement foliate band. Personal inscription to band read; 20 August 1821. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Weight 2.5gms.

Purchasing information-
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface wear in keeping with age. Some light tarnishing and discolouration. Replacement band dates from a similar period, slightly later. Personal inscription to the reverse of the cluster panel reads '20 August 1821'. Green-gem is a replacement, yellowish-green, foil-backed. Fairly good clarity. Diamonds fairly bright, differ slightly in appearance. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Scattered inclusions visible under magnification.
