Condition Report

An Edwardian silver mounted dressing table set, comprising hand mirror and three brushes, each with scrolling floral Art Nouveau style design, monogrammed, together with a silver handled shoe horn and a silver vesta case suspended from an Albert chain. Dressing table set hallmarked Synyer & Beddoes, Birmingham 1906. Weight of Albert chain and vesta case 56.9 grams. (3).

Purchasing information
    The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with age and use. Bevelled mirror shows discolouration around edge, noticeable chip to edge. Replacement/later addition of rope-twist edge to mirror mount. Set monogrammed FCB. One of the narrow brushes with silver mount detached, most of filling deficient. General small dents. Shoe horn with dents and slight losses to the silver. Vesta with significant discolouration.
