A mid Victorian 18ct gold diamond, split pearl and enamel mourning ring. The rose-cut diamond and split pearl floral cluster, within a black enamel surround, to the scrolling shoulders and ridged band. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1845. Weight 2.8gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to poor. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Band slightly out of shape.
- The diamond appears brown, with some dirt behind the setting.
- Some split pearls are more yellow and others more grey, slight blemishes visible.
- Significant chips and areas of abrasion to the shoulder enamel.
- There are chips to the reverse cover of the hair panel.
