Condition Report

A late 19th century silver and gold diamond crescent brooch. The old-cut diamond spray, to the old-cut diamond crescent. Estimated total diamond weight 0.80ct. Length 5cms. Weight 3.9cms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discoloration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamond fairly well matched.
  • Diamonds fairly bright.

  • some diamonds possibly replacements.
  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

    Some diamonds show a draw of colour, and white and dark inclusions can be seen under 10x magnification
