Condition Report

An early 20th century silver and gold diamond convertible pendant brooch. Of openwork design, the old and single-cut diamond drops, to the old-cut diamond wreath and single-cut diamond lattice surmount. Estimated total old-cut diamond weight 1.50cts, H-J colour, SI-P1 clarity. Length of pendant 6cms. Length of chain 36cms. Weight 14.6gms. With fitted case.

  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Slight wear to some of the millegrain border, in keeping with age.
  • Diamond fairly well matched.
  • Diamonds fairly bright.

  • Some of the diamonds have minor chips and nibbles to the surface.
