A cased pair of silver commemorative York Minster bowls.

Condition Report

A pair of silver commemorative York Minster bowls designed by Hector Miller, each of circular form, hammered to the underside, and with a gilded single handle decorated in relief and depicting two men working on the fabric of the Minster, numbered 749 and 750 of a limited edition of 1000, in presentation case with information leaflet and a certificate of authentication for number 749. Hallmarked Hector Miller, London 1972, also marked Aurum. Maximum length including handle measures 7 inches (17.8 cm), bowl diameter measures 4 1/2 inches (11.5 cm), weight 20.56 ozt (639.5 grams).

Purchasing information
    Both appear in fairly good overall condition, displaying some general wear, surface scratches, marks and tarnishing. Some heavier surface nicks and marks visible to the interiors of both bowls. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
